Partial Structural Survey
A survey targeted towards diagnosing and rectifying a specific problem or problems with a building or structure. A written report is issued confirming our Conclusions and Recommendations. Structural repair schedules, details and subsequent site inspections are also offered.

Full Structural Condition Survey
A survey to identify the structural condition of a building or structure. A written report is issued to confirm our findings, highlighting deficiencies and potential problems. This is done in a clear and concise manner allowing clients to make informed decisions.

Feasibility Report

To review the suitability of a building or structure to be refurbished, modified or converted to an alternative use. Construction budgets can be prepared if required. Again information is presented in a concise format to allow clients to fully appreciate their options.

Design and Specification of Remedial Works

When structural problems have been diagnosed and a cost effective solution identified, Pittilla Bell can design and prepare the Remedial Works specification suitable for a Contractor to implement and correct the problem. Site visits can subsequently be made to confirm that the remedial works are constructed in accordance with the specification.
